Please mind: With MyCorsa NxT it is not possible to retrieve or remember the file location where a document has been downloaded when checking out. If you previously used variable tables in multiple steps of a workflow, you had to define the variable table in the lay-out window of every step. Now the possibility has been added to work with statuses. A status is determined by an attribute that you assign to a step. For each status, you can define the layout of the variable table.
Example: 3 steps in a workflow are handled by the budget holder and four steps are handled by the financial administration. By using the statuses 'budget' and 'financial administration', you only need two layouts for the variable tables on these seven steps. You can decide yourself how you want to apply these statuses.
To allow for this new functionality, functions Status Layout [VARLAY] and Status properties [VARPROP] were added for a variable table, in combination with the new parameter vartabstat_id for naming the reference that contains the status of a variable table.
